Глагол to blame выражает оценку обыденных проступков: to blame smb for coming late (for having broken the cup, for this mistake) винить кого-либо за опоздание (за разбитую чашку, за эту ошибку); to blame the weather винить погоду; don't blame others when you yourself are at fault не вините других, если сами виноваты. (3.)
